Come and join Space4Autism for

YOGA/MINDFULNESS & RELAXATION CLASSES

This is a specialist yoga class for members of Space4Autism’s including family members.  It helps with anxiety, depression, mental health and a place to come and unwind from the world.

Held at our Space Centre alternative Wednesday evenings and once a month on a Thursday morning

Kay Locke from Yoga2Calm who has taught Yoga for many years focussing on special needs.   .

Children aged 6yrs+ can also attend with parents/carers..

Wednesday evening session times and dates:-

Arrive 7.00am for refreshments, class starts at 7.15pm-8.30pm

Cost:

£2.50 per adult/teenager aged 13yrs+

£1.50 per child under 13yrs

If you would like to be a part of this group there is no need to book just turn up

all levels welcome so if you haven’t done Yoga before this is your time to try
