New group starting in May 2020 – delivered via zoom at the moment

Are you a carer for a child or adult on the Autistic Spectrum?

Do you need a short break from your caring role to come and chat with other carers in a similar situation?

If the answer is Yes then Space4Carers is for you

We meet up on the 3rd Thursday of the month
6.30pm-8pm at our Space Centre

In 2019 we were lucky enough to secure funding to offer our Space4ACarers Project.  We had lots of social outing including a trip for Afternoon Tea at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom, Christmas markets at Bakewell, Axe Throwing and also a full weekend away with outward bound and a stay at a lovely health spa hotel.  We are hoping to be able to run this project again.

Carers can also access the following bookable services:-

Bozzie’s Breakfast Club

Art Sessions

Sleep Workshops

Occupational Therapy Appointments

Carer’s Counselling

1:1 Advice and Support Appointments

Monday to Friday between 10am-3pm we run our Open Space which is a drop in service to come along and find out what we offer and have a chat with staff.  Each month a variety of different organisations join us to provide support.

These include; Cheshire and Warrington Carers Trust, Cheshire East Autism Team, Cheshire East Information and Advice, DWP (appointments only) Email us for details of these sessions or see the calendar for dates and also check out the blog
