Open Space – open to all adult members Mon-Thurs 9am-3pm.
During these hours a member of staff will be available to offer help and advice.
Also available to use during these times is our internet cafe and sensory garden
Adults are able to use the sensory room 9am-3pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Fancy trying your hand at different crafts such as crocheting, needle felting and card making?
Our Crafty Carers group meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.
Come along and try something new whilst chatting with others in a similar situation with a coffee and cake.
We are running Relaxation Therapy Appointments for parents/carers on Thursday evenings between 5pm and 7pm.
Take some time away for yourself, book a 30minute massage of your choice and walk away feeling revitalised.
