Hi Everyone,
Hope you had all had a good week so far and you are enjoying the sunshine!
Coming up in the next week:
* Saturday 23rd: Inclusive Cycling at Congleton Leisure Centre – 1-2.30pm – come and try out all out adapted bikes
* Monday 25th :
* Carer’s session – Shavington Leisure Centre– 1-2pm – yoga – take some time off to yourself to distress
* Activ8 session at Fun4all, Macclesfield – 6.00-7.30pm – the new bounce park is now open, which is available for you (additional cost of £2 per child)
* Wednesday 27rd:
o Activ8 Adults – Wilmslow Leisure Centre 1.15-2.15pm – gym and multi-sports sessions for adults with a disability
o Activ8 session at Playworld, Shavington – 5.30-7.00pm – join in arts and crafts and other fun games
· Thursday 28th:
o Activ8 Adults – Barony Sports Complex – 1.30-2.30pm -– gym and multi-sports sessions for adults with a disability
o Carer’s session – Crewe Congleton Leisure Centre 10.30-12pm – Try out different activities and have a cuppa and a chat
