I am contacting you to let you know about our fantastic new Carer’s Programme that we have recently launched in Cheshire East, across 9 different leisure centres.  We are contacting you as you may be a carer yourself or you may have links to carers through your charity or organisation.  Our aim is for all carers to get involved in the programme and so we would very much appreciate your support in helping us spread the word by sharing this information with all your clients and valuable contacts.

A poster is attached which summarises the programme and provides the dates for all 9 sites for January-March 2016.  In addition more details about the programme (such as the benefits) are outlined below in the body of this email:

•             People who do regular activity have a lower risk of many chronic diseases, such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke, and some cancers.
