Sleep Clinic Survey

As you may be  aware the funding for the ASC Sleep Clinic is due to finish in the summer of 2016 and I am currently in the process of applying for further funding grants to support this work.

As part of this process I need to demonstrate that there is a need for this work.

So if you could ask parents and professionals to log onto the ASC Sleep clinic page of the Together Trust’s web site and take a minute to complete an online survey I would be really grateful.

There will be a £50 prize for one lucky entry!
