Visyon promotes and improves the emotional health and well-being of children, young people and adults, and has just celebrated its 20th birthday. Over the past few years Visyon has developed a credible reputation and a sound financial footing from which to deliver excellent support to help young people cope with everyday life.

Due to the career development of the current postholder we are now looking for a dynamic, highly skilled and motivated professional to provide leadership and direction to the staff and volunteers in our organisation. A key role will be to take the lead in delivering Visyon’s strategic objectives as set out by the Board of Trustees.

To be successful, you will be a strong and visible leader who embeds a collaborative, performance-driven culture. You will have strong understanding of governance and a track record of driving innovation, change and service improvement. Emotionally intelligent, you will be an effective communicator with the ability to inspire and persuade.
