Carers in Cheshire East are invited to an event sponsored by Cheshire East Council, NHS Eastern Cheshire and NHS South Cheshire CCGs.
The event will take place in different locations on various dates to provide carers with information about the services available to them and new provision that will need to be made by the Council with the implementation of the Care Act from April 2015. The events will also highlight the work that has been undertaken in the last year.
In addition, the events will provide each carer with a directory of available services and will enable carers to share their views on the joint carers’ strategy and implementation of the Care Act. Most importantly the event will provide an opportunity for carers to suggest ways they would like Cheshire East Council and the CCGs to enagage with and work with them in the future.
