Some of the fantastic employees from Senior Aerospace BWT came along to Space4Autism on Thursday afternoon to present us with a cheque for £3263.25
This huge amount was raised by the Senior Aerospace BWT staff and their families by running/walking the Stockport 10k and also from their Christmas Jumper day and donating their “no Christmas card” money.
Can we also say a big thank you to all those who donated on the just giving site set up by their runners.
It was lovely to be able to chat with numerous members of staff and management and put a face to the people behind this wonderful effort.
Big thanks goes to Gary Henderson who instigated Space4Autism becoming one of Senior Aerospace BWT charities.
We are hoping to work with Senior Aerospace BWT next year on some other fundraising projects.
The money will help go towards some equipment at HQ and hopefully to enhance our Chill Our Room.
