If you know or are working with any disabled young people aged 5 – 21 who would like to come to any of these activities please get in touch with us at the office. They will need to be registered with us to come to our activities so if they’re not already registered, please visit our website – www.friendsforleisure.org.uk – and click on “Young Person Form” to download to registration form to complete and send back to us.
