Hi All
Space4Autism received some fantastic news yesterday – Peaks and Plains have confirmed our grant from their Community Grant Fund to enable us to get our much needed kitchen and blinds at our HQ.
The kitchen will form part of our coffee bar and tuck shop which our youths will run during school holidays and at their clubs. We will also be able to more cooking and baking which is fantastic.
Huge thanks again to Pete Pealing at Peaks and Plains for supporting us so much.
Pete has also just spoken to me about a new initiative that the Youth Federation are doing and would like Space4Autism to be apart of this. When I know more I will advertise this out, this will be a form of furniture restoration workshop but will be held in the day so this is mainly for youths who are not in education or working – will keep you posted.
