SPACE4 Autism is pleased to announce that it has successfully bid for and gained funding from the “Early Intervention & Prevention Services” category of Cheshire East Council’s budget for the financial year 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2013.
The funding will enable the charity to provide free access for another year to their highly successful “SPACE for Kids” group for the 5 to 12 years olds. It will also enable the charity to offer, for the first time, a series of workshops which will be led by appropriate professionals and tailored around the subjects which parents feel their youngsters who have ASC struggle with most.
Full details of both these opportunities will be made available to all members shortly.
SPACE4 Autism would like to acknowledge appreciation of the support being offered by the council of Cheshire East for these projects.
Please also note that we will keep the Space for You and Space for Siblings going at our new premises – again we will be informing members shortly.
