AUTISM CONSULTATION

Dear All

If you are a person with autism, a parent/carer , or a professional in contact with people with autism and their families, please read on. 

I work for the National Autistic Society and I have been commissioned by Cheshire East Council and Central and Eastern Cheshire PCT to look at the needs of adults with autism in the Cheshire East and Vale Royal areas. I need your help to do this. I have set up an online survey for people with autism and their parents/carers (please see the link below). If you prefer to have a hard copy please contact me. My details are below. I have also attached an easy read copy. The more information I receive, the more we can help Cheshire East Council and Central and Eastern Cheshire PCT shape future services for people with autism.

I have also attached details of 2 consultation events on 9 and 10 January 2012 where people with autism and their parents/carers can come together and where professionals can come together to share information about current services and how you would like to see future services developed. Your voice counts. We can’t do this without you. Please circulate as widely as you can.
