Dear All
I work for the National Autistic Society and I have been commissioned by Cheshire East Council and Central and Eastern Cheshire PCT to look at the needs of adults with autism in the Cheshire East and Vale Royal areas. I need your help to do this. I have set up an online survey (please see the link below). If you prefer to have a hard copy please contact me. My details are below. I have also attached an easy read copy. The more information I receive, the more we can help Cheshire East Council and Central and Eastern Cheshire PCT shape future services for people with autism.
I have also attached details of consultation events where you can come together with other parents to share the information that you know about current services and how you would like to see future services developed. Your voice counts. We can’t do this without you.
