We are pleased to be able to inform you that Cheshire East elected members have agreed to remove the proposal to charge for transport for post-16 students with special and complex needs.

This was one of the most contentious items at our recent forum meetings and I am sure the outcome will be welcomed by our families.
Thanks to all those who took the time to respond to the consultation, clearly your views were listened to!
