On the 29th October 20 Space4Autism members were lucky enough to enjoy a Virgin Trains Red Carpet Experience.
We were met at Macclesfield train station by Dave and Gary from Virgin Trains and travelled to Manchester Piccadilly with all the children and teenagers being able to visit the cab whilst the train was speeding up the track.
Once at Piccadilly the party were able to sit in the drivers seat and then were escorted like VIP’s to the Virgin Trains 1st Class Lounge where we were given refreshments and snacks.
We travelled back to Macclesfield with lots of fantastic memories which we hope some of the children will never forget.
