You are invited to complete a short online survey for a chance to win Christmas panto tickets at Crewe Lyceum.
The chance to win a family ticket for four to see a magical performance of Jack and the Beanstalk at the Crewe Lyceum is on offer to parents who can give their views on improving access to childcare, such as day nurseries, pre-schools, child minders and out of school clubs. The vision is to ensure that all parents have choice and flexibility in balancing family and work life.
The findings of the survey will be published by April next year as part of Cheshire East’s childcare sufficiency assessment. Please be assured that you will not be identified in any report.
