The aim of this workshop is to provide attendees with an understanding of the everyday sensory experiences of people with autism and how to provide practical support.
The workshop will cover:-
- How sensory differences impact on people with autism
- Exploring all the senses
- Differentiating between hypersensitivity, hyposensitivity and synaesthesia
- Practical strategies to support people at home and in the workplace
