Now the Easter Holidays are nearly over we turn our minds to do more fundraising for Space4Autism. I have been having some chats with the Owner of the Acoustic Lounge in Poynton and he has very kindly offered the whole venue for us to do a fundraising event.
We can have the venue either on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday night.
This would be in the main for parents and carers but will allow anyone over the age of 10yrs to attend (but no discount) – it will be loud and busy remember!
We will call the event “Acoustics’ for Autism” and are going to get some live acts to entertain you all.
This would be either June or July
Questions:-
1.Which day of the week suits most people (Mon, Tues or Wed)?
2.Timings we thought 7-10pm (but you can leave earlier obviously if you have younger children coming as it will be a “school night”)
3.We are thinking of £5 pp which includes some “snacky” type food does this sound ok? (most of the ticket price will come directly to Space4Autism)
4. Is there any of our member who would like to be included in the line up of artists?
so answers on a postcard then we can decide if this something you feel you would want to attend. This will be open not only to Space members but anyone who wants to come along to which I am sure will be a fun and different night out.
