Hello,
As part of our Ability for All programme Everybody Sport are pleased to launch our Alpha Swim Scheme, a 12 week course of swimming lessons for young people with a disability.
The Alpha Swim lessons will be a basic introduction to swimming and encourage children to have fun, be more relaxed in the water whilst learning basic water skills in line with the Swim England Award scheme. The lessons will have a smaller teacher to swimmer ratio and will be adapted to meet the needs of the child where possible.
Who is Alpha Swim for?
– For any young people with a disability or additional need aged 4 to 17.
– Not on Learn to Swim Scheme or receiving 1 to 1 lessons.
When are the lessons?
Alpha Swim will be running at 3 locations:

Cost?
Cost of the Alpha Swim is £66 for the 12 week block.
Applications are now open for swimmers for the first block of lessons which will run from October 17 to January 18. If you are interested in a place on the Alpha Swim Scheme please complete an Expression of Interest Form and return to inclusion@everybody.org.uk by 25th September. The second block of lessons will start in January 18.
