FAMILY YOGA SESSIONS

These sessions are for the whole family to attend or if parents prefer you can just come on your own. (Children have to be 6yrs or over and must be accompanied by an adult).  If your children want to come along but not do Yoga we have plenty of toys to keep them occupied.

Kay Locke is a specialist Yoga teacher who caters for children/adults with Special Needs and also delivers many adult classes. please see Kays website www.yoga2calm.co.uk  to read more about Kay.

Her sessions are based around Yoga and Mindfulness which has been proved to help with anxiety, depression and overall well-being.

You do not have to attend every session just when you can and you do not have to had done Yoga before.

No need to book  just turn up at one of our classes

Session price £2.50 per adult, £1.50 for children under 13yrs

7.15-8.30pm at our HQ 1b Lowe Street, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 7NJ
