A NEW HEALTH APP IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO QUICKLY ACCESS INFORMATON ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH
Cheshire Wirral NHS Partnership, Young Addaction Halton, MAKO Media and Halton CCG are pleased to announce that a new Health App has been developed with young people to find the best possible way of supporting those who experience mental health issues.
It is a really useful tool for Young people to confidentially store their health information on it. The App can be used for appointments and to prevent young people having to repeat themselves all the time. The App will also allow young people to get health updates and link to other supports.
