Health and Wellbeing Focus Group – Crewe

I hope you are well and enjoying the summer.  We would like to thank you all for assisting to create A Vision for Crewe – Crewe’s Community Plan which has been well received but it’s now time for us to spring into action!

As one of the participants in the Health and Wellbeing Focus Group, we would like to invite you to join us to see how we could all jointly put the action plan into, well… action!

We plan to hold a get together at Wishing Well at 4pm on Wednesday 9^th September to discuss things in more detail.  I’ve attached a copy of the Health and Wellbeing Action Plan from the Community Plan for your reference.  If you are able to join us, please RSVP before 1^st September and don’t be afraid to suggest we invite others to join the Group.
