At Cerebra our Legal Entitlements and Problem-solving (LEaP) team are carrying out an electronic survey to try to get a good picture of how families with disabled children are experiencing all aspects of the direct payment system – the good and the bad.
The survey should take no more than 10 to 12 minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous.
