We have the national inclusion and transforming care team visiting on Wednesday next week, and as part of this they would like some 1-1 conversations with families and those with learning disabilities about the good and not so good about services.

There is an opportunity for people with Learning Disabilities and their families living in Cheshire to come and share the experiences about the services that they use and receive with members of the National Development Team for Inclusion and the National Transforming Care Team.
We want to know the good things and not to so good things.
